Leshans_media remains open for bookings & other commitments until deposit (non-refundable) has been paid and acknowledged from our end.
Chargeable time is applicable from the time we are requested to be at the venue and extra time charges are applicable.
All our rates are exclusive of travel & accommodation logistics that are directly associated with the shoot.
We are not liable for any inconveniences caused as a result of your guests, event coordinators, venue choice, wardrobe selection, makeup artists, time-management and works of God.
It is the responsibility of the client to back-up his/her photos or videos, leshans_media will not be held liable for any loss after 30 days.
Terms & Conditions
Services or merchandise not included in this initial agreement contract will be sold at current price when an order is placed. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Leshans_media is not liable for the loss of photo/video RAW files 30days after the shoot date as a result of the client not providing the necessary requirement or making the relevant payments.
This agreement serves as a model release giving leshans_media the rights to use the photographs/footage on their social media pages or portfolio for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes. The client will be consulted either in writing or verbally for their input.
The client is directly free to use the images/footage for commercial purposes without need for credit or compensation to leshans_media. However, any third party intending to use the images for commercial purposes will be required to credit, get a written approval and to make compensation to both the client and leshans_media.
Terms & Conditions
Resending fee is applicable in the event that leshans_media will still be in possession of the images or video files misplaced.
Paying your deposit confirms you have read and understood our terms and conditions.
Deliverables are handed over to the client after all monies agreed upon have been cleared and uncleared balance is subject to a 5% weekly interest 30 days after it has been confirmed to the client that the photo/video files and any other related merchandise are ready for delivery.
Once the image/video(s) have been delivered, we advise that you back up on your personal google drive, laptop, hard drive etc within 30 days.
We are not liable for any loss after 30 days and resending fee is applicable.
